About four months ago, paint bubbling and peeling began to appear underneath the detergent drawer of my Bosch Serie 4 washing machine. Even though the machine is only four years old, experiencing this kind of paint deterioration has seriously shaken my confidence in the product’s quality and durability. I contacted Bosch’s authorized service regarding this issue, but I was told that since the warranty period has ended, any repair would require a paid service. However, I believe this problem is not due to user error but is entirely the result of a manufacturing defect.
