Bosch Serie 4 Washing Machine Paint Peeling After 4 Years
About four months ago, paint bubbling and peeling began to appear underneath the detergent drawer of my Bosch Serie 4 washing machine. Even though the machine is only four years old, experiencing this kind of paint deterioration has seriously shaken my confidence in the product’s quality and durability. I contacted Bosch’s authorized service regarding this issue, but I was told that since the warranty period has ended, any repair would require a paid service. However, I believe this problem is not due to user error but is entirely the result of a manufacturing defect. I request that the paint bubbling and peeling under the detergent drawer be evaluated as a production defect and that my washing machine be replaced free of charge with a non-defective product.
Since the paint peeling of my washing machine, whose warranty had expired, was a manufacturing defect, they came and replaced it for free.
