Bosch Unlimited 7 Brush Roller Not Spinning – Repair Request

I own a Bosch Unlimited 7 cordless vacuum cleaner, purchased from Salapatas in Nafplio, Greece, with an invoice dated November 2023. The device has been working well up until very recently, but a few days ago, the brush roller suddenly stopped spinning, and I am now unable to access it to check or clean it. I tried to open the housing where the roller sits and removed four screws, but the front part still seems to be held by fixings that are not visible, so I cannot safely open it without risking damage. Because of this, I cannot use the brush properly, and the vacuum cleaner is not functioning as it should. I currently live some distance from Nafplio, so visiting the store is not easy. To my knowledge, the device is now out of warranty, but it is only about 27 months old and has been used normally. I kindly request technical support from Bosch to resolve this issue, either by clear guidance on how to safely open and check the brush roller unit or by directing me to an authorized service where it can be inspected and repaired at a reasonable cost. If repair is not feasible, I would appreciate your support in providing an appropriate replacement option, as I did not expect this kind of malfunction after such a relatively short period of normal use.
