Bosch Cannot Provide Control Panel For Dishwasher Creating Safety Risk

I purchased a Bosch SGS55M85EU/02 model dishwasher in 2007 and have been using it without any problems until now. Two days ago, the top control panel, where the buttons are located, broke. Although the machine is still operating, the broken and exposed panel, in my opinion, poses a serious risk of electric leakage and therefore a safety hazard. For this reason, I contacted Bosch customer service today and requested the relevant control panel part. Initially, I was told that they would get back to me, and in the return call they stated that the part is “not available” and that they could not help me in any way. I find it unacceptable that a company like Bosch cannot provide any solution for a control panel of a product it has sold for years, especially when the device itself is still working. Throwing away a perfectly functional dishwasher just because the control panel is missing or damaged cannot be considered a reasonable solution. I kindly request that the control panel part for my Bosch SGS55M85EU/02 dishwasher be supplied as soon as possible. If this is truly not possible, I expect Bosch to offer a safe and practical alternative solution for that section that eliminates the electrical risk. Regardless of the age of the product, I want Bosch to take this potential safety risk seriously and resolve the issue promptly. I am reaching out from İstanbul, Turkey and I request a clear and solution-oriented response.
