Bosch Unlimited 7 Battery Fails Before Warranty Ends And Not Fully Replaced


I am using a Bosch Unlimited 7 vertical vacuum cleaner that I purchased from Bosch’s official website and have been using it in Bursa. The product has two batteries, and both of them have started to fail recently, just before the warranty end date of May 9. One of the batteries was replaced free of charge by Bosch service, but the second defective battery is still with me and has not been resolved. The remaining faulty battery shows as fully charged while on the charger, but as soon as I remove it, it appears empty and cannot be used. This situation significantly restricts my use of the product and is not what I expect from a product of this brand, especially so close to the end of the warranty period. I request that the remaining faulty battery be replaced free of charge and that an additional warranty period be provided for the newly supplied batteries so that I can use the product with confidence. I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
