I own a Bosch washing machine, and for a long time, I have been experiencing a serious rust and paint peeling problem in the area just below the detergent drawer. The problem started with small spots and has grown significantly over time, which is both visually disturbing and worrying in terms of durability and hygiene. I contacted Bosch customer service and the authorized service about this issue. However, since the warranty period has expired, they stated that the repair would only be carried out for a fee. I think that such rust and paint peeling in this area of the machine is not acceptable in terms of product quality and longevity. I request that my washing machine be repaired free of charge, or that the relevant rusted and peeled part be replaced, or that a reasonable solution be offered, such as a replacement or a gesture. I expect Bosch to stand behind its product in this matter and to provide a customer-oriented solution.
