Samsung QE55QN700BTXTK Buzzing Noise Not Fixed
For about two months, I have been experiencing a constant buzzing sound coming from the back of my Samsung QE55QN700BTXTK television. This sound is clearly audible even when the device is in standby mode, is continuous, and significantly impairs my viewing comfort and overall user experience. During this period, authorized Samsung service technicians in Istanbul, Turkey, have visited my address several times. The product has been examined under warranty on multiple occasions, and tests have been carried out. Despite this, no permanent solution has been provided. In the last visit, the technician stated that tests were conducted and “no problems were found,” yet the buzzing problem still continues in the same way. I have contacted Samsung customer service many times regarding this issue. Despite numerous calls, repeated service visits, and various checks, the problem has neither been resolved nor properly acknowledged. I have a record related to this process under the number 4293699606. Because the problem persists and the service process has not resulted in a solution, I requested a product replacement. However, this request was also rejected without offering an effective alternative. I find myself in a clearly disadvantaged position due to both the ongoing sound problem and the lack of a satisfactory resolution in the service process. I kindly request that the constant buzzing problem in my television be officially acknowledged, that my negative user experience over the last two months be taken into account, and that a product replacement be provided as soon as possible so that I can use a properly functioning device.
My product exchange request was rejected without any review. The only thing that happened was that I was called every day by the support center and asked, "Did the central service come to inspect?" Of course, nothing came or went.
