I Face Constant Red Light Shutdown Problem With Bosch BGS41KPOW2/04 Vacuum Cleaner

We purchased a Bosch BGS41KPOW2/04 vacuum cleaner about one year ago from the Bosch store in Başiskele, Barbaros Mahallesi, Kocaeli. Only 2–3 months after purchase, the vacuum started showing a recurring issue: during every use, it runs briefly and then stops with the red warning light turning on.

We tried everything possible—cleaning the inside, outside, and all the filters thoroughly—but the problem never went away. Hoping it was temporary, we kept using it, but the same failure continues with every attempt. This has made the vacuum nearly unusable for daily cleaning needs.

So far, we haven’t contacted authorized service or customer support. However, the product is still under warranty, and we have both the invoice and warranty card available. Since this defect has been present almost from the start, I believe it is a manufacturing fault.

I request a replacement unit instead of repeated repairs, as this problem has been persistent from the beginning. I kindly ask Bosch to take responsibility and resolve this issue quickly so that we can finally use the vacuum without constant interruptions.
