Bosch Unlimited Aqua 7 Vacuum Fails to Pick Up Basic Crumbs


I purchased the Bosch Unlimited Aqua 7 cordless upright vacuum cleaner from MediaMarkt. I specifically chose this product because I trusted the performance shown in its TV commercials, but the product does not work at all as advertised.
Setting aside difficult debris like soil or eggshells, it cannot even properly pick up simple particles such as rice grains or bread crumbs. The vacuum head appears to pick them up, but once I finish vacuuming and turn the machine off, all the debris falls back onto the floor from the head. It only picks up very light dust, and aside from that, I am not satisfied with its performance at all.
To prevent the vacuum from getting damaged, I deliberately place a mop underneath it, but since the mop constantly remains covered with crumbs, that’s when I clearly noticed the real issue. The mopping head also does not work consistently and did not meet my expectations in any way.
I feel victimized because a product I paid $414 for performs so poorly. I have not yet contacted customer service or taken the product to an authorized service center. I ask Bosch to take this issue seriously and to replace this product, which clearly fails to deliver the performance shown in its advertisements.
