Bosch WU11ADAW0N Water Purifier Has Low Water Pressure
Approximately six months ago, I purchased a Bosch WU11ADAW0N tankless water purifier from the factory in Çerkezköy, Tekirdağ, paying around 14,000 TL (approximately $467 USD). Since the day I bought it, I have continuously experienced a problem with low water flow from the purified water faucet.
Even after replacing the filters, there has been no improvement in the water flow. Because of this ongoing issue, I am completely dissatisfied with the product, and my trust in the Bosch brand has been seriously shaken.
When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, I was told that this model generally functions this way, and no solution was offered. However, my device is still under warranty, and I do not accept this problem in a product for which I paid such a high price.
I am requesting that my product be replaced and that my grievance be properly addressed. I ask that my complaint be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
