I purchased a Bosch WGA25202TR washing machine through employee-sales.bsh-group.com, and the product was delivered to me on December 11, 2025. Since the very first day of installation, the machine has been operating at a much louder-than-normal noise level. This noise seriously disturbs me, causes headaches at home, and negatively affects my child.
Because of this issue, an authorized Bosch service technician visited my home. However, they stated that the noise produced by the machine was “normal” and left without performing any corrective action. Despite this, the noise level is severe enough to disrupt our daily comfort, and I cannot use the washing machine with peace of mind.

For this reason, I request that my current WGA25202TR washing machine be replaced with the WGA252Z0TR model, which is in the same product segment and has no price difference. I kindly ask that my inconvenience caused by this noise issue be resolved promptly and that a permanent solution be provided as soon as possible.
