Araç Kiralama Şirketinin 1000 Euro Depozitosunu Geri Ödememesi Ve Açıklama Sağlamaması

I rented a car from Viaggiare / avc Global Car Rental at their Antalya Airport office between 2 and 6 September 2026, under reservation vıag630, in the n e of Manuel Vera Serrano. The vehicle had licence plate 07 bmd 523 (vehicle code 811 cmr), and when collecting the car on 2 September ı was charged a €1,000 security Deposite, which was actually debited from my Debit card ending in 4443.

I returned the car o n 6 September 2026 at around 10:30 in the morning. The company confirmed to me in writia WhatsApp that the vehicle would be checked and that, if any d AGE, additional service, toll, fine or other charge was identified, they would provide the corresponding photographs, documentation and/or invoices. Otherwise, they states that the full €1,000 Deposite would be refunded.

On 17 September they informed me that the estimated refund date was 6 October. On 8 October they then wrote to me that my Deposite “appears to have beto document my Real experience. I will update it as soon as Viaggiare / avc Global resolves the matter, either by refunding the outstanding ount or by providing a verifiable explanation with proper Evidence.
