Payeer'de 0.23 BTC Geri Ödenmedi Ve Destek Sözünü Tutmadı

I used the Payeer service in Kazakhstan and had a Serious problem because my Money was not returned. My account had 0.23 BTC. After ı contacted support, ı got an email with the subject “Re: Re [4] : Support answered your request #6934212, ” where they said my Bitcoin would be sent back within 14 business days.
The last message from support was on January 27, 2026. But on January 5, 2026, the website was already blocked, and ı could not use the service anymore. Now ı still have not received my 0.23 BTC, even though support said it would be returned within 14 business days.
I think this situation is not because this is Real Money that ı trusted to Payeer. I ask you to return my full amount of 0.23 BTC, as your support said in request #6934212.
