How long does Zara take to refund?

Zara typically takes 5-7 business days to process refunds for online orders. Once Zara processes your refund to the original mean of payment, they send you a confirmation e-mail with the specifics. If you haven't received the credit within 14 days, you can use the confirmation email sent after the return process and present it to your banking institution for assistance.

What is Zara’s refund policy?

Zara's policy on returns and refunds is based on the following conditions:
- Items Eligible for Refund: Only items that are brand new and still have their original tags can get a return.
- Non-Refundable Items: Items that have been worn, washed, or changed by the customer can't be returned or refunded.

Is there a warranty for Zara products?

Zara does not provide product warranties, however if you purchase a faulty item, you can return it for a possible refund or exchange.
Except for final sale items and personalized products, Zara accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. Within 30 days after receipt, customers can return any item purchased from Zara for a full refund.
