Zara Order Delivered to Wrong Address Despite Next-Day Delivery Payment

On October 9, 2025, I ordered a coat from Zara’s online store (Order No: 5393*17) and paid an additional $3 for the next-day delivery option. However, my order was not delivered to me today. Instead, it was left at a completely different location, approximately 1 km away from my address, in an unfamiliar residential complex. Because the package was delivered to an incorrect address, I have no access to my item.
As soon as I noticed this issue, I contacted Zara customer service, but no solution or assistance has been provided so far. I want my order to be delivered to me immediately, to the correct address, and I expect Zara to rectify this delivery error.
I also request that the extra fee I paid for express delivery be refunded, as I did not receive the promised service. I urge Zara to resolve this issue promptly and ensure the correct and timely delivery of my order.
