Zara Refund Delay - Refund Stuck at Warehouse Quality Control
On September 15, 2025, I purchased a product (Stitch-Detail Mini Bag, Ref: 6529610) from Zara’s website with order number 5390*****13. The product was delivered to Zara by DHL Cargo on September 27. It has been eight days since delivery, yet the return process has not started, and I have not received the refund in my account. I have faced this same issue before, and no one responded. I contacted customer service regarding the matter, and they said, “According to the information in our system, your order has been sent to our warehouse. Once the quality control is completed, the refund will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation email from us.” I am currently waiting for a refund of 1,790₺ in total.
