I returned the products from my Zara online orders (Order Numbers: 538839, 539147, and 5391*97) within the official return period via DHL. The returned items (reference numbers: 2157/231, 5063/817, 5644/519, 4174/804, 4174/803) were completely unused. However, my return requests were rejected on the grounds that the products were “used”, and they were shipped back to me.

When I contacted Zara customer service about the issue, I was told that they couldn’t help me further. I spent a total of about $188 on these items and now find myself completely frustrated and disappointed.

I demand that my returns be re-evaluated, that the refunds be issued promptly, and that Zara take responsibility for this mistake. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a problem, and I expect a fair resolution as soon as possible.
