I Face Zara Customer Service Giving Same Reply About My Pending Return
On September 28, 2025, I requested a return for a dress I purchased from Zara (Order No: 5390*41). However, six days have passed, and the return process still hasn’t been completed.
I later returned another item, and that refund was processed much faster, but the return for this dress keeps showing as “under warehouse inspection.” Each time I contact customer service, they give me the same generic response and no actual solution.
