Zara Online Payment Error - Funds Deducted, No Order Created
I wanted to order an artificial leather bomber jacket and quilted jacket from Zara's online store on October 14, 2025 at 10:28. Money was withdrawn from my account during the payment process, but no orders were created in the system. I have the receipt and transaction number showing the payment process. I contacted Zara customer service regarding the problem. I was told that it was only forwarded to the relevant department and that I would be contacted via e-mail. However, this process did not provide adequate and satisfactory communication for me. My priority request is the creation of my order with the amount I paid. If this is not possible, I want the payment to be refunded to me as soon as possible. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation and I request that my grievance be resolved quickly.
The money was refunded to my account, thank you.
