On 9 January 2026, I made a deposit of ₹2300 to my Parimatch account using my MobiKwik wallet. The transaction was completed from my side, but the amount was not credited to my Parimatch account, and it has also not been returned to my MobiKwik wallet. When I checked my Parimatch account, the transaction was shown as declined. Because of this, my money is currently stuck, and I cannot use it either on Parimatch or in MobiKwik. I request that the ₹2300 be fully refunded to my MobiKwik wallet as soon as possible, or that a clear explanation be provided if any further action is required from my side.
