I Face Missing Refund from Zara Despite Returning My Order on Time

On January 22, 2024, I purchased a product from Zara’s online store and returned it within the allowed return period by handing it over to the courier company. My order number is 470095488. However, despite the long time that has passed, the refund of approximately $70 has not been credited to my account.
I only realized that the return was never processed after checking upon a friend’s suggestion. When I contacted Zara customer service, I was told that since 30 business days had passed, the refund could no longer be issued. Yet, I shipped the return on time, and the system still shows that no refund was made, leaving me without a clear point of contact.
I request that the refund for the returned item be issued to my account as soon as possible, as I fulfilled all return requirements within the legal time frame and have been unjustly denied reimbursement.
