Zara Order Shipped But Not Received - Store Delivery Missing
On October 14, 2025, I ordered a pair of women’s shoes, model ref2150/610, in size 36 from Zara with the “deliver to store” option, as the size was not available in-store, and completed the payment (Order No: 5437*****16). The order status shows as “shipped” on October 17, 2025, and the store delivery date has already passed. However, despite personally visiting the store and speaking with the staff, my product cannot be found, and the employees say they haven’t received it. I also contacted Zara customer service, but received no positive response, and my communication efforts have led to no result. I have never experienced such a situation before; this is the first time I’ve encountered an issue like this with Zara. I request a refund and ask that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
