I am writing regarding an issue I am experiencing with a withdrawal from my 1win account through the withdrawal page. On January 20, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 2,000 NGN via bank transfer to my Opay account, but the transaction has remained pending for nearly 14 hours without being processed. I contacted 1win customer support and was informed that my details needed to be verified, which I have already completed as requested. Despite this, the withdrawal is still pending. I have not received the funds in my bank account, and I have not been given any clear update on the status of the transaction. I respectfully request that my 2,000 NGN withdrawal be processed and credited to my Opay account immediately, or that I be provided with a clear and prompt explanation for this delay and how it will be resolved.
