I Face Unprofessional Experience at Zara Store — Boots Given Without Box

On October 15, 2025, around noon, I purchased a pair of women’s boots from a Zara store and paid $62 at the checkout. After completing the payment, I asked the cashier for a shoebox, as I expected the product to come in one. However, the cashier told me there were no boxes available and simply placed the boots in a plastic shopping bag.
This was the first time I’ve ever experienced such a situation, and it honestly made me feel like I was shopping at a street market, not a premium retail store. I even took a photo of the moment because I found it unprofessional and surprising for a brand like Zara.
Additionally, I was not informed about any return or warranty policy during the purchase process. I find this lack of care and communication disappointing for a brand of Zara’s stature and expect the issue to be addressed and improved in future store experiences.
