Zara Package Marked Delivered at 11:45 PM — Still No Delivery
On October 8, I ordered clothes from Zara, to be delivered by Kargoist to my address in Kartal, Istanbul. However, at 11:45 PM, I received an SMS stating that my order had been “delivered”, even though I never received the package. My tracking number is 23505220815100100030, and my Zara order number is 5391*73.
I tried contacting Zara customer service, but since it was outside business hours, I couldn’t reach anyone for help. I’ve also had previous delivery issues with Kargoist, such as delays and very late-night deliveries. This time, my package was marked as delivered without actually being received, which is completely unacceptable.
I request an urgent update on the location of my package and that my order be delivered immediately. I also ask that Zara investigate why the shipment was marked as delivered when it wasn’t and resolve this issue promptly. Furthermore, I strongly urge Zara to reconsider working with Kargoist, as I have experienced repeated problems with their delivery service.
