On October 8, 2025, I purchased a product with cash from the Zara store on İstiklal Street in Istanbul, and I still have the receipt. After trying the product, I went back to the store to request an exchange. However, the store employees refused my request, claiming that I had worn the item for too long and that it appeared to have been used. During the exchange process, both the store manager and the staff displayed rude and indifferent behavior. No solution was offered, and I was treated disrespectfully before leaving the store. When I asked whether the product met the exchange or return conditions, I was simply told that it appeared used and therefore could not be exchanged. Due to this unpleasant experience, I request that appropriate action be taken against the responsible staff and that I receive an apology.
