BDG Win Support Keeps Delaying Missing PhonePe Deposit
On January 20, I deposited ₹1,000 via PhonePe to my BDG Win live game wallet, but although the amount was successfully debited from my PhonePe account, it was not credited to my game wallet balance. The UTR number for this transaction is 429174866706.
After noticing that the balance was not updated, I contacted BDG Win customer support. However, the only response I received was “payment checking, please wait,” and no further action has been taken. The issue remains unresolved even though the money has already been deducted from my PhonePe account.
I am requesting that the ₹1,000 be immediately credited to my BDG Win game wallet based on the provided UTR number and transaction details, or that the necessary checks be completed urgently and this issue be resolved without any further delay.
