Zara Ignored My Refund and Delivery Requests for Missing Online Order
On August 15, 2025, I ordered a bag from Zara’s online store with the order number 5430*62. It’s been nearly two months, and I still haven’t received my product. I can’t track the shipment, and I haven’t received any delivery updates or notifications. The total amount of the order was $47, which I paid by credit card.
I’ve tried to contact Zara customer service multiple times, but I’ve received no response whatsoever. I also submitted a refund request through the system, but there’s been no reply to that either.
This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and I feel completely let down as a customer. I request that my bag be shipped and delivered to me immediately or that an appropriate solution be provided without further delay.
