Zara's Unfair Rejection of Return Requests

Dear Zara Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding two recent issues I have experienced with my return requests: For a brand-new item with the tag still attached, I submitted a return request. The product met all return conditions, yet my request was rejected without a clear justification. For another item, which tore at the crotch area during the very first wear, I also submitted a return request. Despite the clear manufacturing defect, this return was likewise rejected. I have been a loyal Zara customer for many years, with over 1,000 items purchased and a total purchase volume exceeding ₺4 million (100.000 USD) This is the first time I have ever faced such an unfair rejection of a return request, which is extremely disappointing and damages my trust in the brand. I kindly ask that both return requests be reviewed again carefully and fairly. If necessary, I am prepared to escalate this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I would appreciate your prompt action and look forward to your response.
