Zara Same-Day Delivery Not Delivered After 10 Days
For my Zara online order #5393*39, I purchased two women’s clothing items and one pair of women’s boots using the same-day delivery option. However, 10 days have passed, and my order has still not been delivered, even though the system falsely shows it as “delivered.” I paid for the order with my credit card.
I’ve been calling Zara customer service and the Kargo İstanbul delivery company every day. Each time, I’m told that “someone will call me back” or “you’ll get an update within 24 hours,” but I’ve never received any follow-up or solution. Kargo İstanbul has been stalling and providing no resolution for 10 straight days. My delivery address is in Küçükçekmece, Istanbul.
I’ve also contacted Zara customer service multiple times, but they’ve provided no helpful information or action. My order hasn’t been delivered or refunded.
I request an urgent resolution to this issue. I expect Zara to contact the courier company immediately, and if the delivery cannot be completed, I demand a full refund of my payment.
