How to Resolve Zara Order Not Delivered Due to “Service Area” Restriction

I placed a ₺2,490 Zara order (#5392****35) with a delivery date of October 14–15, to the address Torbalı 5161 Sokak No:31, Carrefour SA Market, Torbalı/İzmir. However, yesterday I was informed that my order could not be delivered because my location was “outside the service area.” When I contacted customer service today, they again told me that the order would not be delivered.
If my address was truly outside the delivery zone, the system should have reflected that at checkout — the delivery date should never have been confirmed. Providing misleading delivery information is unacceptable for a brand of this scale.
When I called customer service, I waited on hold for 8 minutes but was never connected to an agent. Through WhatsApp support, I received unhelpful and rude responses. I did not expect such poor service from a well-known brand like Zara.
I request that my order be delivered to me immediately as promised and that Zara take responsibility for the delay and misinformation.
