On October 3, 2025, I placed an order through Zara and paid an additional fee for the “same-day delivery” option. My order number is 54347520900, and it was supposed to be delivered to my address in Istanbul/Sultangazi. However, despite several days having passed, my order has not been delivered, and the system incorrectly shows it as “delivered.” I have also tried to contact customer service but was unable to reach anyone. I paid ₺7,499 for this order using my credit card. I kindly request that my items be delivered as soon as possible and that the extra fee I paid for same-day delivery be refunded.
