How to Fix Zara Order Not Moving or Delayed in Shipping
On October 6, I placed an order with Zara that included a dress and a hat. My order number is 259156531814. The system shows that my order has been shipped, but there has been no movement for 5 days, and the items have not been delivered to me yet. My delivery address is in Marmaris, Muğla.
I have tried multiple times to reach Zara customer service, but it is impossible to connect. The WhatsApp support line was also unhelpful, and I haven’t received any response. I also couldn’t obtain any shipment details from the courier company. I paid ₺3,770 using my bank card, and my issue remains unresolved.
I request that my order be delivered immediately and expect an urgent update and resolution regarding this matter.
