Dear Sir/Madam, I placed an order numbered 54329055338 on September 7, 2025, through the Zara Turkey website. Despite the promised delivery date of no later than September 10, 2025, as of today (October 6, 2025), the order has still not been delivered. I also paid an additional ₺218 for the “express delivery” option. However, the product has not arrived, and despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, I have received no response. Across all official communication channels—including Instagram, X, Facebook, and live support—I have only received automated replies. Furthermore, the phone numbers listed on your website and in your pre-contract information form are inactive, and there is no one to reach. This situation constitutes a defective service under Articles 8 and 9 of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502. Additionally, in violation of Articles 17.1 and 17.2 of Zara Turkey’s own “Distance Sales Agreement,” the mandatory refund within 14 days following the notice of withdrawal has not been fulfilled. Therefore, I request an immediate refund of the ₺21,919 order amount and the express delivery fee. Otherwise, I will initiate legal proceedings in accordance with the relevant provisions of the contract.
