On October 6, I placed an order through Zara Online for three women’s dresses (Order No: 5391*25). The products were supposed to be delivered on October 7, but the delivery date kept being postponed. The most recent update stated that the order would arrive between October 8–9, yet today is October 10, and I still haven’t received my items. My delivery address is in Üsküdar, Istanbul.
Throughout this process, I contacted Zara customer service multiple times. Each time, I was simply told, “We’ve noted it down,” with no actual solution provided. On the live chat, the session kept ending abruptly, and I was unable to get any real assistance. I even requested a refund or order cancellation, but I was told that no refund could be issued until the products were delivered, which is unreasonable.
This isn’t the first time I’ve faced such a delay with Zara — it’s the second time it has happened. I paid a total of $166, and the delivery was supposed to be handled by Kargoist Ataşehir, yet there has been no progress or update.
I urgently request that my order be delivered immediately, or, if that’s not possible, that my payment be refunded without further delay. Otherwise, I will exercise my legal rights and share my negative experience on public platforms until this issue is resolved.
