How to Resolve Zara Refund Delay for Online Orders

I initiated the return of a women’s pants and dress from my Zara online order #6568116001 on October 1, 2025. Although two weeks have passed and the return has been approved, the refund for the pants has still not been credited to my card, and the status in the system continues to show as “pending.”
During this process, I contacted Zara customer service. They informed me that the refund had already been issued, yet no payment has appeared on my card. When I followed up again, they told me I could file a complaint and that my legal rights were reserved.
The total amount that should be refunded is ₺1,790. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and I request that my refund be processed immediately so that this inconvenience can be resolved as soon as possible.
