Unauthorized Withdrawal By Moka United Zara From Bank Account
On October 28 at 23:33, ₺6,560 was withdrawn from my Ziraat Bank account by Moka United/Zara without my knowledge or authorization. I did not make any purchase, subscription, or give any consent related to this transaction, nor was it possible for me to perform any transaction at that time. I have never shopped at Zara before, and my card details were never saved there. After the transaction, I contacted Ziraat Bank, but the bank informed me that the issue originated from Moka United/Zara and advised me to reach out to you. So far, my card has only been blocked, and no further action has been taken. I also tried to contact Moka United/Zara customer service but received no response. I do not accept any withdrawal from my account without my consent. I urgently request that this matter be clarified and the ₺6,560 be refunded to me. Otherwise, I will exercise my legal rights and file a complaint with the public prosecutor’s office.
