Sidra Chain Google Authenticator Not Working on New Phone
I am experiencing a problem accessing my main user account on the Sidra Chain website due to Google Authenticator. About five days ago, I changed my phone, and after switching devices, my previously registered Google Authenticator codes did not transfer to the new phone.
Because of this, I am unable to complete the two-factor authentication (2FA) step required to log in to my Sidra Chain account. The Google Authenticator app on my new device appears empty, and I cannot see the verification code linked to my Sidra Chain account, which prevents me from signing in.
Although there are no funds or assets currently at risk in this account, I still want to regain full access and use the service normally again. I respectfully request that my identity be verified through alternative methods and that the existing Google Authenticator (2FA) be removed or reset on my Sidra Chain account so I can log in and then properly set up two-factor authentication on my new device.
