I purchased a dress from Zara with order number 5393*43, to be delivered to my address in Bayrampaşa, Istanbul. I paid a total of $78, which included an extra $5 for same-day delivery. The order confirmation stated that my package would be delivered by 11:00 PM at the latest. However, around midnight, I received a message saying “delivered,” even though no package ever arrived.
I contacted Zara customer service regarding this issue, but no solution or assistance was provided. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a problem, and I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of response. I request a full refund for the amount I paid, as the product was never delivered to me.
