For days now, I've been trying to track the shipment of a shoe that I bought from Nike's website. I keep running into the same "resource not found" error and it's incredibly frustrating. It was supposed to be delivered today but I still can't track its progress - it's maddening! It's unacceptable how long this problem has gone unresolved and it needs to be fixed immediately. As a customer, all I want is some peace of mind that my package is on its way.
