Nike W Shox Z Sold As Boys Shoes - Refund Request Denied

I purchased a pair of W Nike Shox Z shoes from the Nike store in İstinye Park on 15.03.2026 for my son, but I later realized that this model is actually a girls’ product. I would not have chosen this product if I had been clearly informed that it was specifically a girls’ model. When I contacted the store about this mismatch, they refused my request and stated a negative response, referring to usage. I find this approach unfair because the main issue here is that the product is not suitable for my son, as it is a girls’ model. I request a full refund for the W Nike Shox Z shoes so that I can purchase a suitable model for my son. I kindly ask for my complaint to be reviewed and for my refund to be processed as soon as possible.

The shoes I bought from the Nike store for my son couldn't be used because they're a women's model; the product is clean and unused. Barçın Spor rejected the return, claiming it was due to the usage stage. I haven't received any information from Nike yet, and the issue remains unresolved.
