WePlay Ignored My Appeals and Refused to Show Proof for My Ban
My WePlay account was suddenly banned on March 24, 2026, around 10:17 AM while I was simply listening to music through the mobile application during breakfast. The ban happened without any warning, despite the fact that I had no previous restrictions, penalties, or violations on my account. For approximately two months, I had experienced no issues, warnings, or limitations of any kind.
I invested approximately $937 into this account and spent a significant amount of time and effort building and using it. However, no concrete evidence or clear explanation regarding the reason for the ban was provided to me.
I contacted WePlay support by email to appeal the decision, but instead of presenting any actual proof or evidence, they only repeated their accusations and ignored my objections. Because of this, I believe I have been treated unfairly and seriously wronged.
I request that my account be thoroughly reviewed, that this unjust ban be removed, and that my account be fully restored together with all of my rights, purchases, and access.
