On 15.09.2025, we purchased the HF3420-500-2.5Y Mercurial Superfly 10 Mbappé TF Kids' Turf Shoes from a Nike store for ₺3,599.90, paying by credit card. Since they were not in stock, the shoes were shipped to our home. My son uses them only on the turf field at his sports school. However, from the very first use, the toe areas where he kicks the ball began to split, and the damage worsens after every match. The front rubber outsole is tearing and melting from repeated ball contact, and the upper leather also has tears. The shoes are under warranty, and I have the credit card slip, receipt, and delivery note. I have not yet contacted the Nike store or customer service.
