Nike Air Max Dn Inner Lining Tear And Surface Cracking After Three Weeks

I purchased the Nike Air Max Dn on September 7, 2025, and within just three weeks of normal daily use, both shoes developed tears in the inner lining along with cracks and material breakage on the outer surface. I only used them for regular walking on proper ground and under suitable weather conditions, so seeing this level of damage appear so quickly left me genuinely troubled. When I took the shoes to the store, they were sent for expert analysis, but the report I received simply stated that there was “no manufacturing or material defect,” without any meaningful explanation. Meanwhile, many people online have documented the exact same issues with the same model, which makes this assessment feel unreliable. Under consumer protection laws, I exercised my right to withdraw from the contract and asked for a full refund. If my request is not resolved within the legal 30-day period, I will proceed with filing an application with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and, if necessary, take the matter to court.
