When I took the shoes to the store, they were sent for expert analysis, but the report I received simply stated that there was “no manufacturing or material defect,” without any meaningful explanation. Meanwhile, many people online have documented the exact same issues with the same model, which makes this assessment feel unreliable. Under consumer protection laws, I exercised my right to withdraw from the contract and asked for a full refund. If my request is not resolved within the legal 30-day period, I will proceed with filing an application with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and, if necessary, take the matter to court.
