Nike Air Force 1 ’07 Premium Causing Pain - Exchange Request
I bought a pair of Nike Air Force 1 ’07 Premium shoes from the Nike store in Cepa about two months ago, paying ₺7,200 in instalments. I have been using the Air Force model for a long time and I always buy the same size, and I have never had any problems with previous pairs in this model and size. With this new pair, there were no issues the first time I wore them. However, around the 4th or 5th wear, the left shoe started to press on my big toenail from the front crease area, causing a wound and pain, while the right shoe creased normally at the back. The left shoe folds from the big toe nail area, which causes pain, something I have never experienced before with the same model and size. In addition, the left shoe also rubs at the ankle area and started to hurt my ankle. Because of this, I cannot wear the shoes comfortably and I practically have no chance to use them, despite them being almost brand new and an expensive model. I went back to the Nike store in Cepa, explained the situation in detail and asked for support. The staff there treated me well and sent the shoes for inspection. Today I received a message from the brand stating that the inspection result was negative. I did not expect such a response from Nike, a brand I like and trust, especially for a model at this price level that physically hurts my foot. Since the problem persists and the shoes cause pain and injury to my left foot, I kindly request that my Nike Air Force 1 ’07 Premium shoes be exchanged with a suitable pair that I can wear comfortably. If my problem is not resolved, I will unfortunately have to stop choosing Nike, a brand I have always liked, and I will share my experience with people around me so they can consider it in their future shopping.
