Nike Jordan Shoes Cracked After 2 Months, Warranty Claim Rejected

In April, I purchased a pair of Jordan model shoes from a Nike store for approximately 4,000 TL. Even though I only wore them for 2 months, cracks and breaks formed on the front part of the shoes. I contacted Nike customer service to have the product evaluated under warranty, but my request was denied on the grounds of “user error.” However, I have both the invoice and warranty documents, and I have experienced similar issues with Nike shoes in the past.
I cannot accept that the shoes deformed in such a short time. I request that the shoes be reviewed under warranty and either exchanged or refunded.
