FLO Refused Exchange for Torn Nike Sneakers

I purchased a pair of men’s sneakers from the Eskişehir Vega Outlet INStreet shopping centre FLO store on 20.09.2025. After about three and a half months of normal use, both sneakers were torn at the sides, which I do not find acceptable for this usage period. I took the product for inspection, but I was informed that no manufacturing defect was found and therefore a return or exchange would not be made. I do not agree with this assessment, because shoes that tear from both sides in such a short time clearly indicate a quality or production problem rather than user error. I request that my sneakers be exchanged for a new, fault-free pair. I am sharing my invoice/order details so that my purchase can be easily found in your system and my request can be processed as soon as possible.
Progress
I purchased a pair of Nike Kids Cosmic Road Running Shoes from the In Street store in Vega Mall, Eskişehir on 20.09.2025. At the time of purchase I paid an additional fee to have a 6‑month warranty. Nevertheless, after about 3.5 months of use, both shoes developed side opening problems.
On 3 January 2026 I took the product back to the store where I bought it. The store staff said they would take photos of the shoes and send them to FLO for inspection, and two days later I received a negative response. The message stated that no production‑related issue was found. Rejecting this answer, I sent the shoes for a second inspection, and again received a rejection. Despite this, I sent them a third time and again received a negative reply.
I am extremely dissatisfied both because I paid extra for a 6‑month warranty and have not received the corresponding service, and because, despite an obvious manufacturing defect, the responsibility is repeatedly blamed on user error. I request that the product be treated as defective and covered by the warranty, and that my shoes be replaced. Otherwise, I will apply to the Consumer Court to assert my rights and I will no longer consider shopping at FLO or purchasing Nike brand products.
