Nike Tech Vest Color Fading From Red to Yellow - No Refund Offered

The Nike Tech vest I purchased from the Nike store developed a noticeable color fade within about a month, turning from red to yellow. I noticed this issue roughly two weeks after buying the product. I used and cared for the vest according to the instructions. After the problem occurred, I contacted Nike customer service with my receipt. Although the store staff mentioned that this model frequently comes back with the same issue, my request for an exchange or refund was denied. It is unacceptable for a product to change color this quickly. I am requesting a replacement or a refund.
