I purchased a pair of Nike Air Max 270 sneakers from the Nike store at Antalya Terracity on March 23, 2025. I wore them only indoors at my workplace—a hair salon—and yet the heel began to separate and tear shortly after purchase. No outdoor use, no heavy activity, just daily wear while standing inside.
I submitted the shoes for inspection, expecting Nike to stand by the quality it claims to offer. Instead, I received a disappointing response: “no material defect found.” This is nothing more than a way to dodge responsibility and blame the customer.
Let’s be clear—the shoes were used in optimal conditions. If they’re falling apart under such light use, it’s absolutely a product quality issue. I am appalled that a global brand like Nike would offer such a dismissive, careless response.
I have all supporting documents and photos to prove the condition of the shoes and how they were used. I demand a proper resolution—either a full refund or a product replacement.
