About two months ago, I purchased a Nike Tech full set (top and bottom) for ₺10,000. I followed the washing instructions to the letter, yet the color on the top noticeably faded after the very first wash. I was shocked—this isn’t what I expect from a premium brand like Nike.
I sent the product in for inspection, fully expecting a replacement or refund for what was clearly a manufacturing defect. But instead, I received a rejection letter. Ironically, the letter even stated that I’m a “conscious consumer,” yet still denied any responsibility on their end. If I’m doing everything right, how is the fading my fault?
Nike’s failure to stand behind their product has deeply disappointed me. I chose this brand because I trusted its quality and professionalism, but clearly, that trust was misplaced.
Nike, I demand you reconsider your decision and offer a refund or replacement. This is not what your brand promises, and certainly not what customers paying premium prices deserve. Don’t let loyal customers walk away frustrated and ignored.
