Omio Needs to Refund My Unusable Bernina Express Train Ticket

Through Omio, I purchased a ticket for the Bernina Express train traveling from Chur to Tirano on 06/18/2026 at 08:17 AM for approximately $158. However, after purchasing the ticket, when I attempted to make a seat reservation, I received a warning stating that all reservations were fully booked, and I was unable to reserve a seat.
Since seat reservations are mandatory on the Bernina Express, I will not be able to board the train without one. For this reason, I believe I should never have been sold a ticket in the first place without an available seat reservation. At this point, I am left with an expensive ticket that I effectively cannot use because no seat reservation can be obtained.
My expectation from Omio is either to arrange and guarantee a valid seat reservation for me on this train or to provide a full refund for the ticket since I will be unable to use it due to the lack of seat availability. I request that this matter be investigated and that my inconvenience and financial loss be resolved as soon as possible.
